The  Annual General Meeting of ERWE Immobilien AG in FY 2022 took place on

Wednesday, 25 May 2022 at 10.00 a.m.

The Annual General Meeting was held in the form of a virtual Annual General Meeting within the meaning of Art. 2 § 1 of the "Act to Mitigate the Consequences of the COVID 19 Pandemic in Civil, Insolvency and Criminal Procedure Law" (BGB I 2020, p. 569), i.e. without the physical presence of the shareholders and their proxies.
